We are delighted to announce that our new artisan market in Columbia, SC soft launched September 1, 2023! Located on corner of Lady Street and Lincoln Street, Farmers Market Xchange by Toms Creek Farms will be open for coffee, bread, meats and cheese and more from Monday thru Saturday 8am-6pm. Hot lunches will be served from 11:00am-2pm Mondays thru Friday.
